my creative space - drafting a pattern

Drafting a pattern for a little summer dress that I am very much hoping to finish today.

  7. Two things combined in the one post that I don't even begin to understand: drafting a pattern (wow, seriously impressive!) AND hoping to finish THE DRESS today? Not just draft the pattern today, but finish the dress too??? I haven't mastered that one either....;-)

  8. Wow you are clever. Drafting a pattern? I always cut up clothes I like the pattern of, or trace around them but drafting freehand looks and sounds complicated. Hope you've finished it by now and feeling really proud of yourself. ps Every time I come here now I get that song from sister act in my head.
