my creative space :: some stitching going on

stitching going on

There is some stitching going on in my creative space today. I’m still working on my stem stitch, trying to improve and develop my technique. I’m really enjoying the stitching lately … with the one exception that I think the time has come for me to get glasses. I used to wear glasses when I was a child and then grew out of them, but now I think I’ve grown right back into them. Blasted old age.

Creativity abounds over at Kirsty’s place. Be sure to go check it out!

  1. Ooo - intrigued to think was this will be? Am seriously thinking of going back to stitching. I was obsessed for a while in my early 20's, but its calling me back.
    Have a lovely weekend.

  10. Your stitching looks wonderful.
I cant do stem stitch, it gets so uneven. Maybe I need to practice instead of giving in.

  11. Oh, I love this beautiful close up-you have really captured every detail! I think I shall be joining you in the glass wearing soon too-have had a headache all week and suddenly realised the whole world is just a tiny bit blurry too...sigh. On the upside I may look a teensy bit smarter and more respectable which can't hurt!
