eating from my garden :: silver beet

silver beet

The garden is full of silver beet, and finally I have the energy to harvest and cook it. Good timing too – the body deserves some replenishment. So tonight silver beet pie was on the menu.

  1. Ooooo yummy scrummy. Love this recipe. You can do so many things with it. I sometimes do salmon and zuccini instead of pastry top I put peccorino ... great minds at work here :~)

  4. Yumm - looks good - I am looking forward to the move and getting some veges in the garden - I have really missed it here and what I did try and grow the Possums enjoyed:(
